How did you started climbing?
When finished my 4 years military service A friend took me to the climbing gym and I fell in love. Soon after I stated climbing outdoors.
How old were you when you started?
23 years old
What kind of climbing you prefer?
Love all kinds of climbing, mainly sport but love trad and bouldering, being outdoors feels good.
Your favorite area?
I enjoy climbing in Spain for the beauty of routes good atmosphere and very nice people.
Your strongest climbing experience?
Mostly I love doing first ascents or climbing in adventurous places like in Wadi Rum Jordan, Those routes are the most memorable
What do you think is your best climbing success?
Developing sport climbing in Israel, I bolted more then 150 routes and climbed Israel of the hardest routes first, I think that is my biggest success.
Your best results in climbing competition?
What would you like to reveal about yourself?
I played the guitar before climbing but now my fingers are to fat. I still love to listen to Jazz.
Training 6 days a week 3 hours, per session, running twice a week
How is You're training day?
Usually in the boulder gym. 30 min warm up 2 hour main session: power, finger strength or general fitness.

Plans for the future?
Climb a big wall, hopefully “Free Rider”on El Capitan, Yosemite.

I am sport physiotherapist, I like the combination of treating athletes and climbers and being an athlete my self.
