HOW DID YOU STARTED CLIMBING?My dad took me to the gym when I was 10 or so and I was hooked!
HOW OLD WERE YOU WHEN YOU STARTED?I prefer technical alpine mixed climbing.
WHAT KIND OF CLIMBING YOU PREFER?My favourite area is Mt. temple in the Canadian Rockies. The best 1000M "crag" ever!
YOUR FAVORITE AREA?My strongest climbing experince was soloing the north face of Mt Temple. Temple has loose rock and tonnes of seracs, makes for a fufiling day out.
YOUR STRONGEST CLIMBING EXPERIENCE?My strongest success was probably the first ascent of the Shark Attack, 8b+ or Castles in the sky with Sonnie Trotter. Both hard routes, that I though would be impossible for me...I was plesantly surprised!
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR BEST CLIMBING SUCCESS?I haven't been in a single comp.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO REVEAL ABOUT YOURSELF?I have a huge sweet tooth. Its remarkable that I can stay in climbing shape as I love eating tonnes of food that is considered horrible for yo'ure health! hahaha
FREE TIME?In my free time I climb. I go to school to train as a painter.
WHAT TRAINING?I train 14 hrs a week.
HOW IS YOUR TRAINING DAY?Every other day I´m in the climbing gym, every other day I´m either working aerobics or weightlifiting. At the climbing gym, I campus and run 4x4's for endurance. I dont often train power. I roughly follow spanish power house Ramon Julian's plan. I am short and find it important to have lots of endurance and a bit of lock off strench. I dont often dyno.
YOUR IDOL?My Idol is Ian Welsted. He has a ton of fun climbing and is really good at staying calm in intense situatons. He even got a piolet d'or for his first ascent of K6 west!
PLANS FOR THE FUTURE?My plans for the future include waiting for winter so I can scrape up some frozen rocks...
SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF?I love climbing!
